Energy before collision = energy after collision

=> (m1.v1 + m2.v2) before collision = (m1.v1 + m2.v2) after collision

=> 1200*25 + 9000*20 = 1200*18 + 9000*v2

=> v2 = 20.93 m/s

v2 = velocity of truck immediately after collision
